Or to create a virtual machine on your Mac inside of which you also run genuine Windows, or a final possibility is to use CrossOver Mac which is a way of running some Windows applications on a Mac without having Windows itself. You could access microsoft access databases from a Mac using other apps than microsoft access. There are various Access 'readers' for the Mac which do not sound sufficient for your needs, there is also a tool for converting Access files to other formats e.g. Genuine Microsoft Access only exists for Windows. ![]()
